Welcome Matt McIntyre!
Please join us in welcoming Matt McIntyre who has joined Shared Research Support Services as our new Cryogenics Plant Operator and Machine Specialist. Matt will be responsible for the day to day operation of our cryogenics plant and assist the machine shop in repairing pumps, nitrogen generators, and chillers. Matt comes to us from Allegheny Technologies where his work as an industrial HVAC technician gave him extensive experience in electrical and mechanical systems and compressed gasses. He is an excellent addition to our team and we are thrilled he could join us.

Congratulations to Shawn Artman who will be assuming the mantle of Machine Shop Supervisor. Shawn has over twenty years of machining experience, the last eight of which are with Pitt, and has served in various supervisory and leadership roles throughout his career. I am confident he will provide a steady hand and continue to offer the outstanding service you have come to expect from the shop.
